The Summit Park Area is composed of two single family neighborhoods: Summit Park and Timberline. Both Summit Park and Timberline are located on the South side of I-80 at the Parley’s Summit Exit at 7,000 Elevation. While both are alpine communities featuring plenty of trees, wild flowers, views, and wildlife, a key difference is that Summit Park’s roads are paved and Timberline’s are gravel.
Summit Park embodies the true feeling of mountain living, with steep, narrow, curved roads, tall Fir Trees, Aspen Groves and an abundance of wildlife. Summit Park is the oldest development in Park City after Old Town, but in the past couple of years many of the older homes have been remodeled new homes built.
