NEW DINING IN DEER VALLEY – AT THE BRASS TAG!
Deer Valley is offering a new dining option this winter with the opening of The Brass Tag. Conveniently located in the Lodges at Deer Valley in Snow Park, it is an ideal spot to meet friends for drinks or enjoy a cozy dinner. The Brass Tag offers a wide selection of dining options specializing in brick oven cuisine. Selections from the menu include Black Angus New York Strip, House-Cured Duck and Parma Prosciutto Flatbread, Tandoori-Rubbed Quail and Steamed Clams in Herbed Broth. They also have a variety of gluten free and vegetarian options. Deer Valley Executive Chef Jodie Rodgers and Sous Chef Ryan Swarts have worked together to create this inspired menu.
The Brass Tag offers a glimpse into Park City’s mining history with old brass tags displayed throughout the restaurant. Miners would use the brass tags to check in and out of work. If a tag was missing at the end of a shift they knew a search party needed to be launched. This mining history plays a big role in the décor, atmosphere and menu selections at the Brass Tag.
