NEW AND NOTEWORTHY IN PARK CITY – PUBLIK COFFEE ROASTERS AND BONEYARD SALOON
“We believe in quality over quantity, community over corporate, planet over profit” says the new coffee shop on the block, Publik Coffee Roasters. We would say this mantra fits well with Park City’s high-standards of a tight-knit community and quality food and products.
Publik Coffee Roasters is now open in the space where Park City Coffee Roasters formerly was, in the Kimball Art Center. The Salt Lake City coffee roasting company opened their doors with flavorful brews and a fresh take on food offerings. Their good old-fashioned toast with a twist is to die for. Make sure you stop by for the perfect cup of coffee and a welcoming atmosphere next time you are in town.
We can’t get enough of this new saloon off the main strip. Boneyard, located behind Blind Dog off of Kearns Blvd, is here to stay in our book. This new Park City bar and grill is one of Park City’s new favorite places to go for the locals.
With a full bar and a huge selection of craft brews, the bar is a perfect place to wind down after a long day. Grab a salad, delicious potato wedge fries and a burger to complete your night. The warmer days and nights will allow Boneyard to open the sliding garage door to offer outdoor seating. We are thinking it will be the perfect place après mountain bike ride in Park City.
Rumor has it that Boneyard will also be opening a wine-tasting room – sounds like “wine-thirty” to us. See you there!
